Cybertek OP6035A Optically Isolated Probe: Performance Upgrade

Cybertek optically isolated probe OP6035A delivers substantially improved performance after upgrade

Introduction: With silicon carbide(SiC)and gallium nitride(GaN)devices being increasingly used, new testing challenges continue to emerge, and traditional silicon(Si)testing methods can no longer meet testing requirements, and the optically isolated probe is the best choice.

Before the upgrade, based on laboratory measured data, the performance was not ideal, and the overall average error was approximately3.901%. After the manufacturer's performance upgrade,the test data accuracy improved by one level,the overall average error is approximately0.5%. The specific test data can be viewed by clicking the link:

In addition, we also compared the noise floor before and after the upgrade; after the upgrade,the noise floor was also reduced by about half. The specific waveforms are shown in the figure below:

Summary:From the test data, the overall performance of the upgraded Cybertek optically isolated probe has indeed improved by one level,In terms of both noise floor control and precision control, it is very good.
