opened grandly in Zhuzhou, Hunan, the “Capital of China's Electric Locomotives.” The conference gathered top scholars from the power semiconductor field nationwide,

technical experts, and representatives of core enterprises in the industrial chain, to jointly discuss frontier advances in power semiconductor technology and the future of the industry.

1. New-generation power device dynamic characteristic test platform: highlighted its flagship product—IGBT/SiC MOSFET dynamic characteristic test system。

   The system, with itshigh accuracy, high bandwidth, and extremely high safety, enables engineers to perform precisedouble-pulse testing and provides strong support,and can accurately

   measure key parameters such as switching loss, turn-on/turn-off delay, and reverse recovery characteristics during switching, and is a core tool for product performance optimization.

2. Power cycling and reliability test system: In response to the stringent requirements for power device lifetime in automotive-grade and industrial-grade applications, Jectronic Instruments brought advanced

   power cycling and thermal characteristics test solution. The system can simulate harsh conditions of devices in actual operation and perform accelerated life testing,for evaluating

   provides critical data support for the long-term reliability of devices, helping customers improve product quality and market competitiveness.

3. Automated and integrated test demonstration: a highly integrated and automated test flow was demonstrated on site, simplifying complex test procedures into “one-click operation,”
