CPL8100C/D series products are current probes capable of measuring both DC and AC, a unique oscilloscope probe in the industry that combines a clamp meter and an oscilloscope probe into one instrument. It displays the current RMS value directly without connecting any device, and can also be connected to an oscilloscope to measure waveforms. The clamp meter function has a display accuracy of up to 4 and a half digits. It features the industry's unique dual power supply via battery and USB.
CPL8100C/D measures a maximum current of 100A peak (70.7A RMS), CPL8100C has a bandwidth of 600kHz (-3dB), and CPL8100D has a bandwidth of 2MHz (-3dB). It offers two range switches (10A and 100A), allowing selection of the appropriate range based on current magnitude; features an automatic zero adjustment function for convenient use; equipped with power and low battery warning indicators, as well as an overload alarm sound; can be powered by battery or external power, making measurement more convenient; standard BNC output interface, facilitating connection with oscilloscopes and other equipment, and can be connected to a multimeter to measure AC and DC currents via BNC to dual banana plug adapter; it also features an LCD display that shows RMS values from DC to 400Hz. Typically used for power frequency measurements, motor drives, power supplies, and similar applications.
