Cybertek high-frequency low-voltage differential probe DP6020A (20 V/ 800 MHz)

Brand: Cybertek

Origin: China

DP6020A probe with floating measurement low-voltage differential voltage +/-20V(DC+Pk), bandwidth up to 800 MHz, provides 10:1 attenuation
Overview

The DP6020A probe is a low-voltage differential probe with floating ground measurement capabilities. It measures voltages up to ±20V (DC Pk), has a bandwidth of up to 800MHz, offers a 10:1 attenuation setting, features an input impedance of 200KΩ, and a low input capacitance of 1 pF, which minimizes circuit loading. It includes an overvoltage alarm, is compatible with any oscilloscope with a 50 Ω BNC input, and can be powered via a USB port on the oscilloscope or computer. Widely used in various applications, it provides excellent general-purpose differential signal measurement for today's high-speed power measurements, in-vehicle bus measurements, and digital system design.
