The DP6020B, DP6040B, and DP6060B probes are low-voltage differential probes with floating measurement capabilities. They can measure voltages of ±20V (DC Pk), ±40V (DC Pk), and ±60V (DC Pk) respectively, with a bandwidth of up to 1GHz, offering attenuation settings of 10:1, 20:1, and 50:1,

with input impedances of 200KΩ and 400KΩ, and low input capacitance of 1 pF, which can minimize circuit loading;

they feature overvoltage warning functionality, are compatible with any oscilloscope with a 50 Ω BNC input, and can be powered through the oscilloscope or via a USB port on a computer.

Widely used in various applications, they provide excellent universal differential signal measurement for today's high-speed power measurements, in-vehicle bus measurements, and digital system design.
