The N2790A 100-MHz high-voltage differential probe enables safe and accurate floating measurements with an oscilloscope. The N2790A probe allows the use of conventional grounded Keysight oscilloscopes for floating signal measurements up to 1400 V differential voltage and 1000 V common-mode voltage.

Due to its high bandwidth and excellent input impedance characteristics, the probe can accurately measure fast transient edges up to 3.5 ns in modern switching power supplies.

The probe is compatible with the Keysight AutoProbe interface, has a 1 Ω input, and is powered by the probe interface of the Keysight oscilloscope.

When probing differential signals in an environmental chamber at extreme temperatures, Keysight offers the N7013A extreme-temperature extension kit. The N7014A is compatible with the N2790A, with a derated bandwidth of 70 MHz. The 70 cm differential cable set and accessories are suitable for a temperature range of -40 °C to +85 °C.
