Through the ProBus interface, ZD500, 1000, and 1500 probes become part of the oscilloscope. All probe gain and offset controls are intuitive for users, making it easier to probe circuits without worrying about which gain setting to choose. When used with LeCroy digital oscilloscopes, no external power supply is needed.

Wide Dynamic Range

ZD500, 1000, and 1500 probes provide transparent probe attenuation, so the signal is always optimized for the display. The differential range is 18 Vp-p, differential offset is ±8, and the common-mode range is ±10 V, making it suitable for various probing applications.

Extensive Applications

The wide dynamic range of 16 Vp-p and an offset range of ±8 make this probe suitable for a variety of applications and signal types. ZD differential probes are ideal for automotive, serial data, power, and general-purpose use. The differential input capacitance is only 1 pF, minimizing loading distortion on the highest frequency signals under test. System noise is only 4 mVrms, allowing accurate measurement of the smallest signals.
