For measuring high-speed charged particle beams or pulse currents of millions of amperes.
The proprietary patented distributed termination technology makes its rise time for pulse current detection short enough to reach 2 ns.
The probe has an extra-large inner diameter, ensuring that no voltage breakdown risk occurs during high-voltage and high-current measurement.
Double shielding is used to improve noise immunity and increase safety in high-voltage applications.
All models are sealed and can be used for high-voltage testing in insulating oil or vacuum.
It can be connected to oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, power analyzers, digital voltmeters, A/D converters, and various other test instruments.
