attenuator is directly connected to the BNC interface of the LILCO current transformer. The advantages of using an attenuator with a terminated LILCO current transmitter include:

— Extending the low-frequency cutoff point in Hz by 10 times.

— Reducing sag by %/ms.

— Increasing I-t capability by 10 times to mA·s.

— Reducing output by 10 times to V/A.

Retaining HF characteristics.

Note that the attenuator ATT 10 BN CS requires a measuring instrument with a 1 M input termination. The measurement device input port equals the LILCO® output BNC port.

The LILCO® series PMK current transformers feature bandwidths from mHz to >60 MHz and input currents from mA to 25 kA, enabling high-precision, high-bandwidth AC current measurement required for various measurement applications. Current transformers can accurately measure large pulses or continuous input currents, while electrical shielding between input and output reduces the impact of electromagnetic fields on output. Only insulated cables are used as wires and placed inside the LILCO current transformer.
