The state-of-the-art high voltage differential probe series HORNET® combines ±4000V differential and common-mode voltage input ranges with >300MHz excellent bandwidth, making it a top solution to meet growing demands. It is ideal for wide bandgap power electronic devices, such as double-pulse testing of high-speed, high-voltage SiC switching devices and testing IGBTs, thyristors, fast-switching high-voltage diodes, and others.

HORNET® series probes feature a universal BNC output and are compatible with any lab oscilloscope with 50Ω input impedance or 1MΩ input impedance and 50Ω feed-through termination.

For safety reasons associated with high voltage, this series of differential high voltage probes is not intended for manual use but is suitable for integration into automatic or manual test stations. Therefore, HORNET® is used as a voltage measurement component in test systems or safe test environments (permanently connected device). Remote control is recommended.

The PC software with graphical user interface, "PMK Probe Control," is free and included with the PMK power supplies PS-02 and PS-03 necessary to power the probe. Both PS-02 and PS-03 power supplies feature a USB interface, with an optional LAN interface.
