The American CIC high-voltage differential probe is the world's top-tier high-voltage differential probe, featuring ultra-high precision and high common-mode repression ratio. Applied in fields such as atomic energy, nuclear physics, the Institute of High Energy Physics, and aerospace, the CIC Research DP series high-pressure differential probes adopt the latest proprietary technology, completely breaking through the performance bottlenecks of traditional high-voltage differential probes.
CIC Research DP series high-voltage differential probes use the latest proprietary technology, completely overcoming the performance bottlenecks of traditional high-voltage differential probes. Especially for measurements of high-voltage, high-common-mode, and high-speed signals, our high-voltage differential probes outperform traditional high-pressure probes by 10 times. At the same time, this high-voltage differential probe provides high-precision measurements while ensuring an extremely low bias voltage.
CIC Research DP high-voltage differential probe uses a special power supply module, giving the probe higher stability and lower noise. Its LVC high-precision series high-voltage probes use
internal componentsExtremely low temperature and voltage coefficients, providing extremely high testing accuracy. All active high-voltage differential probes have an output impedance of 50Ω, suitable for all oscilloscopes and voltmeters.
Performance features:
extremely low equivalent input capacitance
120MHz bandwidth (full scale)
up to 8KV RMS, 12KV peak voltage
accuracy up to 0.1
unparalleled common-mode rejection ratio and conversion speed
Biased numbers are adjustable

Application Fields
The CIC Research DP active high-voltage differential probe is fully capable of handling tests for general power/energy monitoring systems. Its extremely low input capacitance allows it to test higher voltage frequencies. The CIC Research DP high-voltage differential probe has a very high frequency response, capable of testing high-voltage signals exceeding 150 MHz, and is widely used in megawatt-level traction inverters, power supply design, power generators, UPS systems, and more.
Due to its extremely high conversion speed, this high-voltage differential probe is especially suitable for research and testing of fuel-powered vehicles, electric vehicles, and hybrid vehicles, as well as electromagnetic systems, high-energy research institutes, nuclear physics research, and testing of special rugged high-voltage broadband signals.
