Cybertek low-frequency AC/DC current probe CPL4000A dual range 400 A/4000 A (5KHz) + clamp

The CPLxxxA series products are current probes capable of measuring both DC and AC currents. They are industry-first instruments that combine an oscilloscope probe with a clamp meter. They can directly display the effective value of current without connecting to any device and can also be connected to an oscilloscope to measure waveforms. The industry-unique sensor design achieves twice the current measurement capacity (4000ARMS) within the volume of similar products in the industry, while ensuring excellent in-loop accuracy. The display accuracy of the clamp meter function reaches up to 4.5 digits. It also features an industry-first dual power supply with battery and USB.

The CPL2000A can measure a maximum current of 2000Arms, with a peak current of 3000Apk, and a bandwidth of 10kHz (-3dB); the CPL4000A can measure a maximum current of 4000Arms, with a peak current of 5600Apk, and a bandwidth of 5kHz (-3dB). They provide two range switches, allowing selection of the appropriate range based on current size; they feature an auto-zero function for convenient use; they have indicators for power and low battery voltage, and an overload alarm sound. They can be powered by battery or external power supply, making measurements more convenient; a standard BNC output interface facilitates connection to oscilloscopes and other devices, and a BNC-to-dual-banana plug can be used to connect a multimeter to measure AC and DC currents; an LCD display can show DC to 400Hz effective value. They are commonly used in power frequency measurement, motor drives, power supplies, and other applications.
