Cybertek low-voltage differential probe DP6020 (20 V/ 200 MHz)

Brand: Cybertek

Origin: China

Accuracy (%) +/-1% bandwidth 200 MHz common-mode voltage +/-60V +/-20V
Overview

The DP6020 probe is a low-voltage differential probe with floating measurement capability.

It can measure voltages of ±20V (DC Pk) with a bandwidth of up to 200MHz,

offers a 10:1 attenuation setting, has an input impedance of 1 MΩ, and a low input capacitance of 3.5 pF,

which minimizes circuit loading,

features an overvoltage alarm function,

is compatible with any oscilloscope with a 50 Ω BNC input,

and can be powered through the USB port on the oscilloscope or a computer.

It is widely used in various applications and provides excellent general-purpose differential signal measurement for today’s high-speed power measurements, in-vehicle bus measurements, and digital system design.
