Overview

The DP6020A, DP6040A, and DP6060A probes are low-voltage differential probes with floating measurement capability. They can measure voltages of ±20V (DC Pk), 40V (DC Pk), and 60V (DC Pk) respectively, with a bandwidth of up to 800MHz. They offer attenuation settings of 10:1, 20:1, and 50:1, feature input impedances of 200KΩ and 400KΩ, and have low input capacitances of 1 pF and 0.5 pF, which helps minimize circuit loading. Equipped with overvoltage alarm functionality, they are compatible with any oscilloscope with a 50 Ω BNC input and can be powered via the USB port on an oscilloscope or computer. Widely used in various applications, they provide excellent general differential signal measurement for today’s high-speed power measurements, in-vehicle bus measurements, and digital system design.
