Cybertek high-voltage differential probe DP6150D (1500 Vpk/500 MHz) high-frequency isolated voltage double-pulse VDS measurement

Brand: Cybertek

Origin: China

DP6150D (1500 Vpk/500 MHz) bandwidth (-3dB) 500 rise time ≤700ps
Overview

The DP6000D series high-voltage differential probes are high-voltage differential probes with floating ground measurement capability. They feature a high bandwidth of up to 500MHz, meeting the needs of most testing systems; a wide range of selectable measurement ranges, with differential measurement voltage ranges suitable for most test circuits; users can enter the test mode to adjust the offset voltage, and if imbalance occurs after long-term use, users can enter this mode to adjust the offset to achieve zeroing; electronic touch buttons provide longer service life; a 5MHz bandwidth limit function is available, and the 5MHz frequency bandwidth meets the measurement requirements of most switching frequency FETs in power supplies and can filter out higher-frequency noise and interference; it has audio-visual alarm functions, with the option to manually turn off the sound alarm, providing more user-friendly design; USB power interface makes it more convenient and flexible to use; the probe is equipped with a standard BNC output interface and can be used with oscilloscopes from any manufacturer (requiring the oscilloscope input impedance to be set to 50Ω (preferably using the oscilloscope’s internal 50Ω), or connected to the standard through-type 50Ω load with the oscilloscope input impedance set to 1MΩ) for measuring the waveform of the tested circuit; automatic save function prevents users from repeating operations after power loss. The probe has excellent common-mode noise suppression, with high input impedance and low capacitance at the input, allowing accurate and high-speed differential voltage measurements. It can be widely used in the research, debugging, or maintenance of switching power supplies, inverters, electronic ballasts, variable frequency home appliances, and other electrical power devices.
