Cybertek high-voltage differential probe DP6280 (2800 V/100 MHz)

Brand: Cybertek

Origin: China

Max. differential voltage: 1000X:2800 V 100X:280 V bandwidth (-3dB) DC to 100 MHz rise time ≤3.5 ns
Overview

The DP6000 Series high-voltage differential probe is a high-voltage differential probe with floating measurement capability.

Main features of the DP6000 Series:

Its bandwidth reaches up to 200 MHz, meeting the needs of most test systems;

A wide selection of ranges is available; its differential measurement voltage range meets the requirements of most test circuits;

Users can enter test mode to adjust the offset voltage. If the probe exhibits an offset after long-term use, users can enter this mode to adjust the offset and achieve zeroing;

Electronic soft-touch buttons extend service life;

It has a selectable 5 MHz bandwidth limit; the 5 MHz frequency bandwidth meets the measurement requirements for the switching frequency of FETs in most switching power supplies and can filter out higher-frequency noise and interference;

It has an audible and visual alarm function, and the audible alarm can be manually disabled, providing a more user-friendly design;

USB power port for more convenient and flexible use;

The probe is equipped with a standard BNC output interface and can be used with oscilloscopes from any manufacturer (the oscilloscope input impedance must be set to 1 MΩ;

when 50 Ω is selected, the attenuation ratio increases by an additional factor of two), to measure the waveform of the circuit under test;

The auto-save function prevents the user from having to repeat operations after power loss.

The probe has good common-mode noise rejection capability; the input end has high input impedance and low capacitance, enabling accurate and high-speed measurement of differential voltage signals.

It can be widely used in the R&D, debugging, and maintenance of switching power supplies, inverters, electronic ballasts, inverter home appliances, and other electrical power devices.
