Cybertek passive high-voltage probe HP6603 60 kV DC+ACpk, high-frequency 50 MHz

The HP6603 is a high-voltage passive voltage probe. This probe has an attenuation ratio of 2000:1 and can measure pulse signals up to 80kV and DC signals up to 60kV, with a maximum bandwidth of 50MHz, meeting the requirements of most high-voltage measurements. The probe is designed and calibrated to be used with instruments that have an input impedance of 1MΩ in parallel with a 20pF capacitor; it is not suitable for multimeters or oscilloscopes with a 50Ω termination. At the same time, this probe can compensate for instruments with input capacitance between 10 and 30pF.
