The HVP6000E series high-voltage differential probes are high-voltage, high-frequency differential probes with floating ground measurement capabilities. They can measure differential voltages up to 7000 Vpk with a bandwidth of 100 MHz. With a typical accuracy of 1%, they meet the needs of most testing systems. The probe is equipped with a standard BNC output interface and can be used with oscilloscopes from any manufacturer.

The HVP6000E high-voltage differential probe features USB communication capabilities. It can be used in conjunction with our company's intelligent probe controller to control oscilloscope settings in real time, including the product model of the connected intelligent probe, voltage type, attenuation ratio, delay, and other parameters.
