The HVP6000F series high-voltage differential probes are high-voltage, high-frequency differential probes with floating ground measurement capability. They can measure differential voltages up to 7000 Vpk with a bandwidth of 200 MHz. With a typical accuracy of 1%, they meet the needs of most testing systems. The probes are equipped with a standard BNC output interface and can be used with oscilloscopes from any manufacturer.

The HVP6000F series high-voltage differential probes feature USB communication capabilities. They can be used with our company's smart probe controller to control oscilloscope settings in real-time, including the product model, voltage type, attenuation ratio, delay, and other parameters of the connected smart probe.
