The HVP6000E series high-voltage differential probes are high-voltage, high-frequency differential probes with floating ground measurement capabilities. They can measure differential voltages up to 7000 Vpk with a bandwidth of 100 MHz. With a typical accuracy of 1%, they meet the needs of most testing systems.
