The OP6000A series is an optical fiber isolated voltage probe with an ultra-high common-mode rejection ratio. Traditional differential probes have a rapidly decreasing common-mode rejection ratio at high frequencies, making it extremely difficult to accurately measure small voltage signal waveforms under high common-mode interference voltage (such as measuring the drive voltage of the upper transistor in a half-bridge circuit). The OP6000A adopts a high-performance laser fiber signal transmission system, achieving an ultra-high common-mode rejection ratio across the entire operating bandwidth, helping our customers carry out such challenging measurements at a low cost.
