The OPB6000 series products are fiber-optic isolated voltage probes with ultra-high common-mode rejection ratio.

The common-mode rejection ratio of traditional differential probes decreases rapidly at high frequencies, making it extremely difficult to accurately measure small voltage signal waveforms under high common-mode interference voltage (for example, measuring the drive voltage on the switches of a half-bridge circuit).
