      Main Features of the SS-280 Series:

• The tip of the probe has a diameter as small as 1.7mm, capable of directly probing TO-type MOSFETs and IGBTs used in switch-mode power supplies and other power electronic devices.

• With a frequency bandwidth of 30MHz, it can observe high-frequency switching waveforms.

• The current testing range is 30A~30000A, supporting various current measurements. Since it does not magnetically saturate, high current measurements can be performed safely.

• The probe operates within a temperature range of -40℃~125℃.
