The Keysight 1146B AC/DC Probe can accurately measure and display DC or peak AC currents up to 100 A (DC to 100 kHz) without interrupting the circuit. The 1146B AC/DC Probe uses Hall effect sensor technology to measure both AC and DC signals. It is compatible with Tektronix oscilloscopes with 0.2 to 0.5 V/div sensitivity and 1 MΩ BNC input.

The 1146B AC/DC Probe is ideal for capturing transient current signals, such as those in motor controllers, switch-mode power supplies, inverters, and current amplifiers driving inductive loads.

The 1146B AC/DC Probe has the same dimensions and functions as the discontinued 1146A, making it a replacement for the latter.
