The Keysight N7041A Rogowski Coil Current Probe features a bandwidth of 12 Hz to 30 MHz and can measure AC currents up to 600 A. This probe has a slim, lightweight, and flexible Rogowski coil loop that allows current measurement in hard-to-reach components and narrow spaces of the circuit under test. It can also measure high AC currents without requiring larger sensors.

The N7041A series is ideal for measuring AC currents superimposed on large DC currents. You can use these probes to design and debug power semiconductor circuits, power supplies, inverters, and motors, as well as perform troubleshooting. These probes come with an AC power adapter and 4 AA batteries. They can be used with any Keysight oscilloscope with a 1 MΩ BNC input interface.
