The Teledyne test tool's brand new T3CP100-2 current probe is an active AC/DC coupled probe with a bandwidth from DC to 2 MHz, featuring a 100 A peak and two ranges of 70 A and 70 A.

A RMS/10 A peak, 7 A RMS, fast and accurate waveform capture, rise time ≤175 ns, and low test circuit loading.

This probe can be used with any oscilloscope that has a 1 MΩ BNC input.
