Teledyne LeCroy ZS series high-impedance active voltage probe ZS2500 oscilloscope 2.5 GHz high-frequency

Engineers often need to detect high-frequency signals with high signal fidelity. Traditional passive probes with high input impedance and capacitive impedance provide good response at lower frequencies,

but at higher frequencies, they increase circuit loading and distort the signal. Active voltage probes have high input impedance and low input capacitance,

to reduce circuit loading across the full probe/oscilloscope bandwidth. With low circuit loading and a form factor that allows probing in tight spaces,

active voltage probes can well support a variety of signal types and connection methods.

 The ZS series probes offer high impedance and a wide range of probe tips and grounding accessories, handling various probing scenarios.

 1 MΩ high input resistance and 0.9 pF low input capacitance make these probes very suitable for all frequencies.

 The ZS series probes provide full system bandwidth for all Teledyne LeCroy oscilloscopes, with bandwidths of 4 GHz and below.
