High voltage probes refer to front-end devices that can measure high-voltage DC, high-voltage AC, and high-voltage pulses, attenuating the electrical signal by a certain ratio and then outputting it to an oscilloscope, multimeter, or recorder for display. When choosing a high voltage probe, the primary requirement is that the probe itself meets high voltage and extra-high voltage safety standards. Additionally, it should have the corresponding voltage overload capacity and be able to reproduce the waveform under test without any distortion.
