Tektronix high-frequency current probe CT1/CT2/CT6 AC transformer 200M/1G/2G high-bandwidth

Brand: Tektronix

Origin: USA

Isolated Current Probe. Detailed specifications are available in the product datasheet.
Overview

CT6 Current Probe

CT6 is the newest member of Tektronix's high-frequency current probe product line. It is specifically designed to meet the needs of high-speed circuit design and testing applications,

which require ultra-high bandwidth, low inductance, and extremely small form factor. When used with high-bandwidth oscilloscopes such as the Tektronix TDS 694C, TDS 794D, and TDS 7000 series

or other compatible 50Ω input measurement instruments, the CT6 can provide bandwidth up to 2 GHz and low inductance.

CT1/CT2 Current Probe

The CT1 and CT2 current probes are designed for permanent or semi-permanent online installation. Each probe consists of a current transformer and an interconnect cable.

The current transformer has a small hole through which the current-carrying conductor passes during circuit assembly.

The P6041 probe cable provides the connection between the CT1 and CT2 current transformers and the BNC oscilloscope input.

When connected to a high-impedance (1 MΩ) oscilloscope input, a 50Ω termination is required to terminate the cable.

One probe cable can be used to monitor several current transformers connected to the circuit.
