T&M CVR high-frequency non-inductive resistors are designed for monitoring pulse generator systems, the extremely high peak power and current input generated by steady-state current loads, and transient current monitoring. In recent years, with the rapid development of power semiconductors and wide-bandgap devices; the dynamic performance (double-pulse) evaluation of devices requires high-precision capture of the current waveforms during the entire turn-on and turn-off transitions while minimizing the insertion loss of the probe itself.
