YOKOGAWA high-frequency low-voltage differential probe 701924 type 25 V / 1 GHz

Brand: YOKOGAWA

Origin: Japan

Isolated Voltage Probe. Detailed specifications are available in the product datasheet.
Overview

701924 (25V peak, 1GHz), a wide-coverage high-speed floating signal input voltage 1GHz probe, makes it an ideal choice for measuring high-speed floating and differential signals such as CAN FD. Additionally, because it covers a wide input voltage range of ±25 V, it can accurately measure larger surges.

High input impedance enables accurate waveform measurement. When a probe has low input impedance, loading effects can affect the quality of the measured waveform and the operation of the measurement target. The 701924 has high input resistance and low input capacitance to minimize loading effects and achieve precise waveform measurement.

How to use the differential probe 701924:

1. Prepare the probe and a digital oscilloscope with a probe interface.

2. Fully insert the probe interface into the oscilloscope input, and ensure that the BNC connector and interface pins are securely fixed. When the connector is locked in place, you will hear a locking sound.

3. When you connect the probe to a digital oscilloscope with a probe interface, the probe's attenuation ratio and input coupling will be set automatically.

4. Connect any provided accessories or the accessories you have built to the signal input terminals of the probe head.
