YOKOGAWA high-frequency high-voltage differential probe 702922 type (2000 Vpeak, 400 MHz)

Brand: YOKOGAWA

Origin: Japan

Isolated Voltage Probe. Detailed specifications are available in the product datasheet.
Overview

YOKOGAWA Japan Yokogawa High-Frequency High-Voltage Differential Probe Model 702922 (Differential Probe, 2000 Vpeak, 400 MHz), high-speed high-voltage differential probe, suitable for power conversion applications using next-generation power semiconductors. This high-voltage differential probe provides a wide frequency range from DC to 400 MHz, excellent frequency response flatness, and superior common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR) characteristics.

Features:

· The PBDH0400 differential probe is ideal for measuring ungrounded (floating) signals in power electronics applications such as inverters, motors, and power supplies, especially for high-speed, high-voltage switching operations of IGBT and SiC devices.

· The attenuation ratio can be selected using the switch on the probe tip, and the attenuation ratio is automatically recognized and sets the input impedance. This eliminates complicated setup and prevents setting errors. The probe does not require a separate power supply and is ready for immediate measurement once connected.

· In addition to the included clip tips, users can select suitable accessories from the expanded range of optional accessories based on the measurement target.

· Using the PBDH0400 with the high-definition oscilloscopes DLM3000HD/DLM5000HD allows for more precise waveform measurements.
