The CP9000 (S/L) A series flexible current probe is a probe that only tests AC current signals, featuring high bandwidth and high accuracy (typical value 2%).

It can achieve a wide range of current measurements, with frequencies ranging from a few Hz to tens of MHz, and current ranges from the mA level to several kA, greatly solving the difficulties in current testing.

Its main features include:

• The coil is lightweight, soft, and freely detachable, allowing detection in areas that many rigid probes cannot reach and easily connecting with the object under test;

• The insertion loss is nearly zero, only a few picohenries, causing almost no interference to the object under test;

• Standard BNC output interface, convenient for connection to oscilloscopes, data acquisition devices, digital voltmeters, etc., for observing current waveforms;

• Powered by 4 AA batteries or an external USB DC5V power supply, offering more flexible and convenient use;

• Audio-visual overcurrent alarm function, making it more user-friendly;

The CP9000SA series probe has a small and flexible sensing loop, with typical wire diameters of 2.5mm, 2.5mm*1.2mm, and 1.6mm, and a withstand voltage of up to 1kVpk. It is especially suitable for current measurement of pins of MOSFETs and IGBT devices (TO-220, TO-47 packaging), capacitor ripple current measurement, and other small package device current measurements.
