KEYSIGHT DP0001A high-voltage differential probe 400 MHz high-frequency isolated 2000 Vrms/6000 V

The DP0001A is a 400 MHz high-voltage differential probe with 2 kV power isolation or 1 kV CAT III rating, designed for precise high-voltage power measurements required when testing today's WBG power devices, power converters, or motor drives. With its high bandwidth and low loading characteristics, this probe can accurately measure 1 kV transient pulses in modern switching power supplies with rise times up to 1.2 nanoseconds (10-90%). Additionally, the high CMRR simplifies measurement challenges in noisy, high common-mode power electronic environments.

When used with Infiniium oscilloscopes, the probe supports automatic attenuation switching, automatically setting the probe attenuation to the necessary level to ensure the probe's dynamic range is equal to or greater than the level required to measure the current input signal. This probe comes with a variety of accessories to accommodate different DUT connection scenarios and can connect to compact target devices.

The differential probe has a 10 MΩ differential input resistance and 2 pF low input capacitance to minimize circuit loading. The DP0001A is compatible with Keysight oscilloscopes featuring a 50 Ω AutoProbe interface, which automatically configures the oscilloscope for the probe.

For detecting differential signals in extreme temperature environmental chambers, Keysight offers the N7013A Extreme Temperature Extension Kit. The N7013A is compatible with the DP0001A and has a derated bandwidth of 70 MHz. The 70 cm long differential cable set and accessories can operate in a temperature range from -40 °C to 85 °C.
