KEYSIGHT Hi-Z system PP0003A oscilloscope high-voltage probe 1 GHz high-frequency 30 Vrms (MMCX interface)

PP0003A is Keysight's first MMCX-compatible passive probe, with up to 1 GHz analog bandwidth and less than 4 pF capacitive loading. It offers all the ease-of-use advantages of a passive probe while providing the performance of an active probe. The AutoProbe I interface automatically configures offset, probe type, and attenuation settings.

The PP0003A is designed for InfiniiVision and Infiniium oscilloscopes equipped with the AutoProbe I interface and is supplied with the PP0004A adapter.

The PP0001A/2A/3A probes are a new generation of Hi-Z+ probes; each probe can be considered a combination of a probe and a probe adapter (PP0004A).

This combination does not have a fixed attenuation ratio; instead, multiple attenuation ratios are available for each given V/div setting to accommodate a very large dynamic range and flat frequency response.
