Teledyne LeCroy active voltage probe RP2060 power supply high-frequency 2 GHz/+/-800mV

The voltage rail probe is specifically designed to detect 50-ohm DC power/voltage rails. The probe has built-in high bias, low attenuation (noise), and high DC input impedance.

The built-in bias and low attenuation allow the power/voltage rail to be biased in the oscilloscope through its average DC voltage with high oscilloscope gain (sensitivity),

achieving a noise-free view of small signal variations. High DC input impedance eliminates loading on the DC rail.

RP2060 - Power/Voltage Rail Probe. 2 GHz bandwidth, 1.2x attenuation, ±60V bias, ±800mV including a complete set of solder-in leads and coaxial cables. Browser tip sold separately 

RP4030 - Power/Voltage Rail Probe. 4 GHz bandwidth, 1.2x attenuation, ±30V offset, ±800mV including a complete set of solder-in leads, coaxial cables, and PCB mounting base. 

RP4060 - Power/Voltage Rail Probe. 4 GHz bandwidth, 1.2x attenuation, ±60V bias, ±800mV including a complete set of solder-in leads and coaxial cables. Browser tip sold separately 

RP4000-Browser - RP2060/RP4060 Browser Tip Accessory. Includes 0 ohm (1x), 450 ohm (10x), and 950 ohm (20x) tips.
