In recent years, MMCX has become the standard connector for repeatable measurements with the highest signal fidelitySolutions.
Although traditional passive probe has relatively long grounding leads, which means high inductance can cause grounding loops, the compact MMCX design overcomes these traditional difficulties.
PMK's MMCX probe series offers models with ultra-low capacitance loads below 4pF because they feature direct MMCX inputs.
The MMCX probe has a universal BNC output connectors and is compatible with all devices with 50Ω input impedance or 1MΩ input impedance and 50Ω feed-through oscilloscope, making the PMK probe usable with almost any oscilloscope in the laboratory.
Key features:
Very suitable for testing, debugging, and design verification up to >1GHz bandwidth
±42V peak value, 30V RMS, ±60V DC input voltage with extremely low
Various accessories
Universal BNC output - can be used with any oscilloscope

The MMCX probe series features a universal BNC output, compatible with any oscilloscope with 50Ω input impedance or 1MΩ input impedance and 50Ω feedthrough terminals.
Thus, the PMK's MMCX probe can be used for any oscilloscope in the laboratory.
The active probe model requires power supply, but power supply is not included in the supply package and must be ordered separately.
Key features:
PMK's MMCX series probe has extremely high bandwidth and very low input capacitance, offering many obvious advantages in test voltage. In addition, the MMCX series is divided into active and passive types probe.
1. Up to 1GHz bandwidth
The PMK MMCX active probe has a bandwidth of up to 1GHz, which allows it to handle high-speed signals and is suitable for digital communications, RF testing, and measurements of high-frequency electronic devices. A bandwidth of 1GHz means that probe can capture rapidly changing signals, reducing distortion and data loss, especially in scenarios involving high-precision measurement. The bandwidth is sufficiently tolerant to ensure measurement accuracy.
The series passive probe has two bandwidth models with 600MHz and 700MHz options, and also has good high-frequency characteristics.
2. Compatibility with multiple voltage ranges
PMK MMCXprobe supports measuring voltages of peak value±42V, RMS value30V, and DC voltage of ±60V, whether it is active or passive. This wide voltage compatibility allows it to adapt to various electronic devices and circuit environments. Whether in high-voltage or low-voltage circuits, probe can work stably, avoiding damage to devices or measurement systems caused by voltage exceeding the range.
In addition, the high voltage withstand capability of probe is also suitable for reverse current testing (such as I-V curve measurement), able to withstand DC voltages up to ±60V, further expanding its range of applications.
3. Input capacitance
The MMCX series active probe has an input capacitance as low as
The input capacitance of MMCXpassive probe comes in two types:
4. A wide range of advanced adapters and accessories to meet flexible measurement needs
The PMK MMCXprobe is equipped with a wide variety of advanced adapters and accessories, enabling it to meet various measurement needs. For example, there are probe tip that can measure from -40℃ to 125℃. The abundance of these accessories makes the PMK MMCXprobe a versatile tool, capable of handling measurement requirements in different scenarios.
5. High accuracy and Stability
PMK MMCXprobe is known for its highaccuracy and stability, capable of providing precise measurement data. In high-frequency or high-voltage environments, probe still maintains lownoise and highlinearity, ensuring the reliability of measurements. Its highimpedance and low capacitance characteristics further enhance probe's performance, allowing it to operate stably in complex circuits.
6. Suitable for a variety of application scenarios: from electronic testing to high-frequency communication
The versatility of PMK MMCXprobe makes it suitable for a variety of application scenarios, including:
Digital communication testing: Used to capture high-speed data signals and analyze signal quality.
RF Measurement: In wireless communication and RF devices, probe can handle high-frequency signals.
Reverse current testing: used for I-V curve measurement, analyzing the nonlinear characteristics of the device.
High-frequency waveform capture: In high-speed electronic systems, it is possible to capture high-frequency waveform data.
The PMK MMCXprobe, with its compatibility with multiple voltage ranges, low capacitance characteristics, and a wide range of accessory options, has become a high-quality choice in the field of modern electronic testing with frequencies up to 1 GHzbandwidth. Whether for high-frequency communication, RF testing, or reverse current measurement, this probe can meet the needs of engineers and tech enthusiasts with its excellent performance.
