The HVP6000H series high-voltage differential probes are high-voltage, high-frequency differential probes with floating ground measurement capability. They can measure differential voltages up to 7000 Vpk with a bandwidth of 500 MHz. With a typical accuracy of 1%, they meet the needs of most testing systems. The probes are equipped with a standard BNC output interface and can be used with oscilloscopes from any manufacturer.

The HVP6000H series high-voltage differential probes feature USB communication capabilities. They can be used in conjunction with our company's intelligent probe controller to control oscilloscope settings in real time, including the model of the connected intelligent probe, voltage type, attenuation ratio, delay, and other parameters.
