SS-280 Series Main Features:

• The diameter at the top of the probe is as small as 1.7mm, which can directly detect TO-type MOSFETs and IGBTs used in switch-mode power supplies and other power electronics devices.

• It has a frequency bandwidth of 30MHz, allowing observation of high-frequency switching waveforms.

• The current test range is 30A~30000A, supporting various current measurements. Since it does not saturate magnetically, high current measurements can be conducted safely.

• The probe is suitable for operating temperatures ranging from -40℃ to 125℃.
