      Main Features of SS-280 Series:

• The tip diameter of the probe is as small as 1.7mm, capable of directly probing TO-type MOSFETs and IGBTs used in switch-mode power supplies and other power electronic devices.

• It has a frequency bandwidth of 30MHz, allowing observation of high-frequency switching waveforms.

• Current measurement range is 30A~30000A, supporting various current measurements. Since it does not magnetically saturate, it can safely measure high currents.
