IWATSU SS-288A-H high-temperature-40 to 150 deg 6000 A high-frequency Rogowski current coil probe 1.7 mm for SiC device GaN test

The SS-280AH series uses an open flexible coil with a maximum wire diameter of 1.7mm, which can pass through pin tests, suitable for narrow and extremely fine spaces. The coil length is 84mm. Compared with traditional current sensors, it is easier to install and use, and can measure and monitor current online.


The SS-280A-H series has basically the same appearance as the SS-280A series and similar measurement range, with the main difference being that the SS-280A-H series is heat-resistant up to 150°C.

It is the only Rogowski coil with a temperature resistance higher than 125°C.

Main Features of the SS-280A-H Series:
