The differential amplification principle of a high-voltage differential probe refers to a pair of signals being input into an amplification circuit simultaneously and then subtracted to obtain the original signal.
A differential amplifier is an amplifier composed of two transistors with identical parameter characteristics and configured using direct coupling.
If signals of the same magnitude and the same phase are input to the two input terminals, the output is zero, thereby overcoming zero drift.
Typical applications of high-voltage differential probes:
Dynamic parameter measurement of SiC and GaN semiconductors
Power system switch parameter evaluation
High-voltage inverter floating voltage measurement
Electric & hybrid vehicle electric drive systems
High-energy physics research
