Cybertek (深圳知用电子) is a Chinese measurement company headquartered in Shenzhen, specialising in oscilloscope probes and current-measurement solutions for power electronics. Its product lines cover high-voltage differential probes, Rogowski current probes (flexible current coils), AC/DC current probes and related accessories, positioned to deliver strong performance-to-price for engineers characterising inverters, motor drives, switching power supplies and wide-bandgap devices.

History

Founded in 2009 by engineers with backgrounds in instrument development, Cybertek began with flexible Rogowski coils and expanded step by step into the full probing chain: high-bandwidth differential voltage probes, CP-series high-voltage differential probes, and integrated current-voltage measurement sets. The company has grown with China's power-electronics industry and today serves new-energy vehicle, photovoltaic, UPS and appliance developers both domestically and abroad.

Strengths

Cybertek combines local engineering support with fast customisation: special cable lengths, connector types and measurement ranges are routinely accommodated. Its Rogowski probes offer wide dynamic range and good linearity for measuring large, fast-changing currents, while the differential probe line provides practical CMRR and bandwidth at competitive cost. Calibration certificates and OEM cooperation are available.
